Determine the value of a contaminated property. Client needed to determine value for sale and/or lease of the subject property.
FRG completed the following services for the client:
- Highest and Best Use Analysis
- Cost Approach Valuation
- Income Approach Valuation
- Sales Comparison Approach Valuation
FRG researched and analyzed the contamination restrictions for the subject property and conducted a Highest and Adaptive Re-Use analysis to determine the best use for the property besides a service garage.
The Sales Comparison and Income Approaches were used to establish the current and future value of the property.
